"Lady at the counter is so unprofessional. When i first came into the store she had her airpods in and was talking to someone and we had to wait for her. Than i waited for 30 minutes while she stood at the counter on her phone. It wasn't until her manager came in she picked up the pace. And she forgot my utensils in the bag! So unprofessional not..."
