This little bakery tucked into the Peel metro concourse is probably the best place spending a dollar among the shops there. Some quality Lebanese baked goods. There's always a good variety of items at fair prices.

Small bakery / sandwich shop with a couple of tables outside & space to eat in but primarily a take away… good array of sandwiches although not cheap (around $15 each)

Everything here is crafted with such obvious care & attention to detail. It is refreshing to visit a bakery where the quality of the ingredients really shines through in every bite. I tried the baguette & it had that perfect shatteringly crisp crust with a soft airy center. The service was efficient despite the morning rush & the prices are very reasonable for the level of artisanal quality you are getting here. I highly recommend stopping by if you appreciate a real traditional bakery.

I stumbled upon Boulangerie Mr Jreech while walking through the neighborhood & I am so glad I did. The aroma of fresh bread hitting the street is impossible to ignore. I grabbed a sourdough loaf & a chocolate croissant, both of which were perfectly baked with an authentic texture that is hard to find these days. The staff was incredibly friendly & took the time to explain their baking process. This will definitely be my new go-to spot for weekend pastries.

Honestly one of the best bakeries in the city. I have been coming here for a few weeks now & I have yet to be disappointed by anything in the display case. The pastries are buttery & flaky without being overly sweet, & the bread selection is diverse enough to keep things interesting. It is a cozy little place that feels very welcoming. I appreciate that they keep the quality consistent regardless of how busy they get. A must visit for anyone who loves good bread.

This bakery is a hidden gem that deserves more attention. The quality of the flour & the fermentation process really shows in the final product. I picked up a selection of items for a dinner party & everyone was asking where the bread came from. It is rare to find a place that handles both sweet & savory items with such high proficiency. I really enjoy the atmosphere & the rustic charm of the shop. I will certainly be returning to try their other offerings next week.

Everything I have tried at this bakery has been delicious. The variety is great without being overwhelming, & you can tell that everything is baked fresh that morning. It is refreshing to support a business that focuses on quality ingredients rather than mass producing average tasting goods.
