"Great butter tasting in the pastries like the chocolatine, but unfortunately it seems that the baking schedule is inconsistent because some mornings the pastries are not yet baked and you get the prior day's baked goods (at least that's what appears to have been the case from one of my recent visits based on the texture of the chocolatine)."
