"This bakery can be great on a good day, but consistency is an issue. I decided to give it another chance today, only to get home and realize that'two dozen' apparently means 23. Honest mistake or not, it's frustrating as a customer. I don't want to have to go back just to be made to feel cheap for pointing it out. Attention to detail matters!"
