0 stars if I could. My GF ordered meatloaf. It should have been called mush loaf, as if they used more breading than ground beef. It was just ok tasting, but the texture made it inedible. She also ordered their quinoa & rice mixture. 3 people tasted it all agreed, it was sour. I ordered a small green salad, as two sizes were available according to the server. I also ordered Calamari as a main to come with the salad. I received the largest salad I've ever seen at a restaurant. Good for 3 people easily. The server said that was the only size. (was she new?). My Calamari came & it looked so dark I had to put on my glasses & shine a light over the plate to look. They were over cooked & chewy. I sent it back. I waited for ever, while eating my overly large salad, for the replacement Calamari. When it finally came I'd swear it was the same plate I returned but with more added. I tried them anyways & the oil they were cooked in squirted in my mouth & I knew their fryer oil was black from the bitter taste. My GF had also ordered calamari, so hers & my replacement came at the same time. We could not & did not eat them. After we decided with couldn't eat our dinner, I spoke to the server. She spoke to the kitchen & they said BP would knock 15% off our bill. My God, we barely ate any of our food & I didn't even put a dent in the salad & only 15% off the bill?!!? The server got a manager, who was actually only a supervisor. She also offered only 15% off. I strongly pointed out that we didn't hardly touch our terrible food. She asked what I wanted done. I told her I'd pay everything but the calamari, though the rice & meatloaf was hardly touched. She agreed while blaming us for our personal tastes. Huh? Apparently others like BP's over cooked, greasy, rubbery squid. Maybe others ate them cooked in clean oil. We didn't blame the server & tipped her over 20% The last time I ate at BP was about 10 years ago & I also had a terrible meal & with terribly rude service. I had planned to never eat at BP ever again, but found myself there against my better judgement. NEVER AGAIN.
