La serveuse n'était pas bonne. Elle a amené un pichet de bière flatte en nous demandant si s'était correcte... On l'a retourné, elle est revenu & s'était un peu mieux mais sans plus. Nous avons changé de bière. Elle a ensuite accusé la cuisine d'avoir fait une erreur alors que c'était SON erreur pour la sandwich... aucun verre d'eau , il a fallu le demandé. & elle n'a jamais apporté la mayonnaise.
Heureusement la nourriture était bonne.

Assez ordinaire car point de vue service la serveuse avait jamais le temps d'écouter nos demandes & était à la course pas possible pourtant il n'y avait pas foule & très long pour la nourriture & notre bandera était trop cuite, on n'y retournera pas ça c'est certain!!!

Cela fait des années que nous allons à cette chaîne de restauration! Habituellement à St Jérôme ! Mais à Ste Thérèse c'était la première & la dernière fois! Après 25 minutes d'attente pour nos larmes on vient nous dire qu'il en reste omis de sauce Alfredo! Mes filles avaient commandés des plates avec cette sauce. Alors elles ont choisi d'autres plats! La nourriture était médiocre, on a pas tou été servis en même temps. . La serveuse n'avait aucune écoute lorsqu'on lui a exprimé notre déception & nous a même dit ; ben il n'y a plus de sauce je vous l'ai dit quand je l'ai su ; je ne peux quand même pas aller vous en chercher au dépanneur. Service client pas à la hauteur.
