Our visit to Boston Pizza was extremely disappointing & poorly managed.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt disorganized. The service was very slow, & there were long delays before receiving our food. When the dishes finally arrived, several orders were incorrect, forcing us to send items back after already waiting far too long.

The behavior of one server was particularly unprofessional & rude. When we asked for assistance, her response lacked respect & professionalism, making the situation uncomfortable for our entire table.

One incident stood out as especially unacceptable: the server took ketchup from our table & gave it to another table without asking, which raised serious hygiene & customer service concerns.

Management was clearly ineffective & absent. A person who appeared to be in charge witnessed the issues but did not intervene, assist customers, or correct staff behavior. There was a clear lack of leadership.

Overall, this restaurant does not meet the standards expected from Boston Pizza. Poor service, lack of organization, & weak management made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this location.

Very Poor Experience - Far Below Boston Pizza Standards

I visited Boston Pizza with my family & friends, & unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experiences we have had at any Boston Pizza location.

The service was extremely slow, & our food arrived after a long delay. When it finally came, several orders were incorrect & did not match what we had asked for. Some items had to be returned after waiting for a long time, which completely disrupted our meal & experience.

One of the servers was very rude & unprofessional. When we politely asked for assistance, she responded in a disrespectful manner & said that she does not speak English. While language barriers can happen, basic courtesy & professionalism are still expected - & this was completely lacking.

An especially unacceptable & strange incident occurred when the server removed ketchup from our table & gave it to another table without asking or checking if we still needed it. This behavior was shocking & unhygienic.

The management was clearly ineffective. A person who appeared to be a manager was present & observed the situation but did nothing to correct the behavior, support the customers, or manage the staff. She also seemed to avoid our table & tried to act as if she was not the manager, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, this location shows poor service, lack of professionalism, & weak management. It does not reflect the standards or reputation that Boston Pizza is known for. I would not recommend this location to anyone, & I sincerely hope head office reviews what is happening here.

Excellent service chez Boston Pizza Mirabel ! Un gros merci au gérant Tommy qui est super accueillant & professionnel. & un shoutout spécial à Samantha, notre serveuse, qui a été attentionnée, rapide & souriante tout au long du repas. C'est toujours un plaisir de venir ici - on se sent bien servi & apprécié. Je recommande fortement !

I had ordered at this location for the first time & everything was fresh & delicious. My only issue is that the pizza had way more crust than usual. I've ordered several pizzas throughout the year from various other BP locations & this is first time the pizza came out like this. Other than that, the pizza was quite tasty. Also tried the bandera bread which was very cheesy but a bit too salty for me. Macaroni & cheese which is loaded with 5 different cheeses, was ultra rich with all the various cheeses but I don't think I would personally get it again, as I'm not that big of a fan of mac & cheese. Caesar salad was very fresh & the brownies were moist, chewy & decadent, paired really well with the chocolate & caramel sauce.

La nourriture est très bonne, en plus du menu régulier, différents cocktails, entrées plats, "pour un temps limité" changent au gré des saisons. Parfois certains reviendrons sur le menu régulier. Par exemple la pizza carbonara & j'en suis ravi. En ce moment il y a une pizza poulet & pesto que j'ai bien aimé. J'aurais préféré des tomates séchées à la place des poivrons rôtis mais quand même bonne. & voilà maintenant pourquoi je n'ai pas mis cinq étoiles : Ce qui me désole c'était la présense de plusieurs mouches lors de ma visite. Dans la salle de bain il y en avait 5 qui virevoletaient. & en parlant de la salle de bain, le savon à main pue énormément... Comme dans les autres restaurant de la chaîne... SVP passez le mot à la distribution il faut changer ça!

Très déçu. Pizza comparable à une pizza congelée trop cuite. Pâte dure & sèche, pepperoni & fromage en quantité réduite. En résumé, ne vaut vraiment pas le prix. Qualité & quantité à améliorer.

Malheureusement la pizza était vraiment pas bonne. On aurais juste du se faire une pizza congeler a la maison. Par contre la serveuse était vraiment gentille

Aller 3x toujour les même erreurs dans l'assiette & revient froid & les liqueur toujours flate la pizza pas terrible le burger est bon mais le reste bof
