Was there today with friends ... i was wrong with the bread .. they all liked what was inside but the bread was hard with the impression of being 2 days old bread ... something needs to be done correctly before i go back ..hoping it will get better & only a one time mistake
I love the sandwich here, the best in town. Probably they have the best sandwich in Montreal. My spouse & I visited this often to get our favorite sandwiches.
Came to eat on a monday around lunchtime, the employees at the register were great! Such smiles & good energy. The food was delicious & prices are perfectly reasonable. Slightly too much sauce for my liking, simply because if you eat it right away it will be fine but if you wait, with that much sauce the bread will become really soggy. Other than that, 10/10.

The porchetta is ridiculous. I'm still dreaming about it a day later. I've had 5 other sandwiches since this initial review. All good except the steak sub today. It was SO salty, like bad, & taste was off. First time this happens, like others said, I hope it is a 1 off :)
J'ai eu une belle discussion avec les demoiselles qui font le service (Avril principalement) & j'ai remarqué qu'elles répétaient souvent lesquels étaient les favoris, ceux qui sont épicés & les options végés.
Ce serait si facile d'afficher cette information avec de simples autocollants.

Pour le reste, tout est vraiment super, à part les fautes sur le menu & l'affiche des'Breuvrages' 🤣
Incroyable ! Vous ne serez pas déçu. Mais grayé vous de patience comme on dit 🤣 Les lignes de gens qui attendent sont normales & très régulières. Mais leur nourriture est exceptionnelle, goûteuse, savoureuse & les textures sont magiques. Je vous suggère de porter attention au sandwich du jour. Il est au comptoir, il faut le savoir !
D'habitude, je n'aime pas laisser des commentaires négatifs chez un restaurateur, parce que je sais à quel point c'est dur, surtout pendant la période de rush. Je peux comprendre le temps d'attente, pendant ce moment-là, il n'y a pas de problème.
Mais devoir attendre plus de 20 minutes pour deux cannolis, c'est inacceptable. Par ailleurs, se faire dire qu'on a dû « oublier » de faire ma commande (peut-être parce qu'elle était trop insignifiante cette fois pour être prise en compte, je ne sais pas) après l'avoir signalé à l'accueil, franchement je n'ai même pas su quoi dire.
J'aime bien vos produits, mais faites mieux que ça, s'il vous plaît. Ne négligez aucune commande.
I ordered a steak, pepper & provolone sandwich & a drink. It took 20 plus minutes, cost $26.26 with tip & tasted like a salt mine. I know this could be a one off but it was disappointing especially with all the hype around this place.
One of the best sandwich in Montreal. I got the Milanese, it was very flavourful & crunchy !
The waiting time was about 30min but the service was good ! For a 17$ sandwich Overall 8/10 👌

Leurs plats préparés sont tout aussi bons (lasagne, alla puttanesca...buonissimo)! Meilleur resto take out sur Masson. Longue vie à vous!
The quality is going downhill, the last two sandwiches I ordered the bread was so hard & dry I couldn't even eat it, I had to move the fillings onto my own bread. I thought it was just a fluke the last time, but it happened again tonight. Sure they're generous with the fillings, but for 18$ that's basically what I paid for. What a bummer, used to really like this place.
Leurs sandwiches? Rien à dire, généreux à souhait en ce qui concerne les ingrédients, j'ai quasiment le goût de frencher les cuistots. PAR CONTRE, ça me fait toujours chier de devoir passer une commande avec leurs serveuses / caissières qui te font sentir comme si tu les gossais pour avoir prononcé un simple bonjour. Elles ont vraiment besoin d'un p'tit cours de yoga, tsé moi aussi j'ai travaillé en restauration & j'comprends qu'avec le stress & la fatigue de la journée t'es pas au top de ta shape, par contre ça n'excuse en rien de traiter les clients tels des animaux dépourvus d'intelligence. Ça fait comme trois fois qu'on me reçoit de manière vraiment très bête alors que je place une commande simple, je suis souriante & polie toute la patante. Les filles oubliez pas que vous êtes FRONT OF HOUSE la reputation de l'établissement compte sur vous!
