I cannot say enough about this place. I have celebrated EVERY major milestone, minor milestone & minor inconvenience in my life (since moving to Montreal 4 years ago) with the thali combo & samosa from Bombay Express on St Lau. I do not know any place that offers such incredible value for money, while producing such delicious food. I have tried every single Indian food place in the Plateau & have not found one I like more. I have recommended it to ALL of my friends & they are regular customers now as well. I ate there yesterday & they will see me again next week. Also, it is always clean & the service is fabulous & fast. THANK YOU BOMBAY EXPRESS!
I'll tell you it's amazing Indian food. The butter chicken was some of the best I've had. The price is right on point, especially if you get the meal deal. But if highly recommend this place. For any time of the day, but especially after a good night of drinks.
Portions petites (2 morceaux de paneer dans mes épinards), manque d'épices & assez week côté saveur honnêtement. Aussi les pains naans ne goûtent pas authentique du tout, en fait ils goûtent exactement comme ceux du Costco.
I recently ordered the Non-Vegetarian Combo For 1 from Bombay Express, & I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The combo offered an excellent variety, perfectly portioned for one, making it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to indulge in some authentic Indian flavors. The Butter Chicken was the star of the meal, with tender pieces of chicken simmered in a rich & creamy tomato-based sauce that was both flavorful & satisfying. The Palak Paneer was another highlight, with the spinach & paneer combination cooked to perfection, offering a delicious balance of spices. The meal also came with a generous serving of rice, which paired beautifully with both the Butter Chicken & the Palak Paneer. The Vegetarian Pakora was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, & had just the right amount of spice. The Naan was soft & warm, perfect for scooping up the rich sauces, while the Papadum added a nice crunch to the overall experience. To end the meal, the Gulab Jamun provided a sweet, syrupy finish that was the perfect conclusion to this well-rounded combo. Overall, Bombay Express did not disappoint with this Non-Vegetarian Combo For 1. It's a great value for money & a delicious way to experience a variety of Indian dishes in one meal. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Väl värd ett besök, trakig atmosfär mer at det familjära hallet, liten lokal. God enkel indisk mat, god Thali och super stark Vindaloo utmärkt vitlöksbröd Naan.
Two UK friends & I came across this wonderful smell & decided that we would have curry for lunch. I have been looking for a curry that tastes of curry & is Vegetarian gluten free & they delivered. The best curry I have ever had. One of my friends had Chicken Korma & he said that it was the nicest korma that he had ever had ... so we were well impressed.
