Tried Bol de Vie for a salmon poke bowl. I really appreciated that they replaced the falafel (which they were out of) with extra avocado. That said, falafel feels like an unusual topping for a poke bowl. There were also strawberries included, which didn't quite blend with the other flavours for me.
As constructive feedback, they have a very diverse menu (sandwiches, smoothie bowls, burrito bowls, etc.) which I didn't get a chance to try, but I'd say poke might not be their strongest offering. I'd be open to going back to explore the rest of their menu!
I order often & have been to their location too, everything is fresh & tasty, not too much sauce for my liking so feels like a true healthy option. Only feedback I could give is that I feel like the chicken filets are getting a bit smaller but still enough to fill me up !
I dined here with my class while on a school trip to Montreal. We fed 11 people for a completely reasonable price. The staff were super friendly & accommodating. The service was quick & the food was delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone! Met a variety of diets as well as picky eaters. Love, love,love.
First time ordering from here, & it was WOW!!! I got the vegan burrito bowl with extra protein. The tofu was incredible, the flavours blew my mind. Perfectly cooked. One of the best bowls of this kind that I've had. Will absolutely order from here again!!!

Voilà un an que je mange deux fois par semaine dans ce restaurant, Je n'ai jamais été déçu, Personnel, très accueillant & bienveillant, Superbe cuistot, sandwich, toujours bien assaisonner, toujours bien cuit, je recommande fortement Vous ne serez pas déçu en plus de ça, des prix, très attractifs avec un spécial du jour à 10 $+ taxes !!
Je sais toujours où aller lorsque mon frigo est vide. C'est L'ENDROIT à aller sur Masson en matière d'abordabilité & de qualité de la nourriture. Les employés sont aussi tellement gentils. Ils ont mon soutien!
