Great service, but disappointed about tipping policy
I really enjoyed the service at this restaurant-friendly, attentive, & overall a great experience. I left a $5 tip on the machine for a $20 bill because I genuinely appreciated the staff. But when I asked if the tip goes to the employees, I was told that only cash tips do. That's really upsetting. If customers are tipping through the machine thinking it goes to the staff (as most people would assume), this absolutely needs to change. The amazing workers deserve to receive what people intend to give them. Management should be transparent & fair about where tips go!
