Arepas are very good yes but I ended up paying 30 dlls for 1 Arepa with French Fries. This is very pricy for what the consumer is getting. Unfortunately this restaurant is crossed out from my list.
I had an amazing experience at Bocadillo Restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious, with a varied Venezuelan menu, offering arepas, cachapas, empanadas & more elaborated dishes as pabellón or asado negro. The drinks are top-notch, whether you're in the mood for a refreshing non alcoholic option like papelon or parchita juice, a well-crafted cocktail or just enjoy a nostalgic Polar Beer. What really sets this place apart is the special events they host, I enjoyed the local latin rock band Sociedad Sur. I Highly recommend the band for a great night out too.
Amazing food & fresh ingredients. Newly renovated to expand the seating area & dancing area for the live music. Not the first time I've been here & won't be the last.
I can count how many times I visited this location & the other one they have also in st Laurent ..last time on August 2024 my bill for basic dishes 2adults 1 kid was $100+without including the default tip of 20% that the machine wanted to add... Very disappointed about how costly it became to eat here.

Nothing special, very regular I went to see the presentation of a band, the prices are very high for the quality of service. Additional 18% service charge after taxes is exaggerated.
This place is such a gem. The portions are big, the food is delicious & flavourful & the back patio has a super cute ambience. The service was not slow when we went. & everything about this place feels authentic from the music playing to the staff.

Charming little place. I went to see a football match. The sandwiches are average,mine came with cold cheese, & the price is steep for the portion. I laid including service 30$ for one sandwich of pulled porc.. The fried yuca was very good. Service very slow. I asked four times for a glass of water.

Excellent arepas, big portion, very nice service. Good ambiance with latin music. Prices for arepas are decent. The only down side was that the service was slow specially that the restaurant was almost empty. If you want good food you should give it a try!
I went with my wife a few weeks ago on a Friday. They have live music & the food was really good. A bit too crowded & cramped... but in general we had a great time.
