Manuel Martins, ex owner and Chef of «Le Vintage», is back with a new concept, at a new address. The Boca Iberica is located on Rachel Street, right in the heart of Le Plateau. As soon as you walk in you will be astonished by the modern and trendy look enhanced by soft lounge music, a beautiful bar, and the smell of a cuisine blend of Portuguese and Spanish flavors.
The dishes on the menu are made from a great selection of tasty fresh tapas and an array of fresh fishes. We will be most happy to welcome groups celebrating any events. We also offer gluten-free dishes. Our restaurant stays open late so you can fully benefit of your evening.
During summertime, you can enjoy dining on our beautiful terrace. We recommend reservations at all times in order not to be disappointed!

First time at this fantastic restaurant, a must-try! There was a set menu for Valentine's Day, but they were happy to make us an extra order of codfish croquettes which were delicious. Cocktails were great, Bloody Caesar & a Manhattan. Starters were the beef tartare & chorizo with hummous, all delicious. Main meals were the seafood rice & braised beef, both outstanding. Dessert was a great chocolate mousse. The service was excellent & the atmosphere was warm & friendly. We will absolutely go back so we can take advantage of their tapas menu.

We had Portuguese classics done very well. Crispy creamy cod fritters, light & crispy fried calamari, chorizo, octopus salad, grilled vegetables, all very good
Great food & amazing customer service. Highly recommend this hidden gem. They always different items on the menu to try which makes this place different from the others.
Super repas sur la terrasse. Patron agréable. Service atttentionne. Une destination de choix pour l'été! Cuisine fraîche & goûteuse. Les sardines ! Wow !

J'y étais pour un souper professionnel jeudi passé. L'atmosphère, le service, & surtout la bouffe étaient excellents. J'ai pris le riz aux fruits de mer - c'était très bon ! Mes collègues ont opté pour le poulet portugais, qui avait l'air encore meilleur, avec des portions généreuses.
Seul petit bémol : on aurait apprécié un peu de climatisation, car à un moment, il faisait chaud & un peu humide. Pour le reste c'est top 👍

C'est bien comme nourriture mais pour le prix & vu la réputation du restaurant je ne dois pas être un fan de la bouffe portugaise.
J'ai trouvé les croquettes de morue ne pas avoir assez de poisson, le goût des saucisses pas très différent du bacon, le porc aux palourdes n'avaient rien de bien remarquable & les gambas étaient trop cuites.
Populaire avec les grands groupes & les familles mais l'ambiance pour les soirées romantiques en couple est moyenne.
Le vin blanc Portugais était très bien.
Le service était enthousiaste.

Coming from toronto ontario to montreal for the first time , this restaurant hands down 5 stars , we had a large group of people 25+ , we all got our food at the same time & hot ! , very welcoming & joyful place , would definitely recommend this to anyone coming this way
