"I mistakenly cancelled my order on Uber but the system shows I already paid to the restaurant and can't refund. I was very upset with Uber at the beginning but I thought about trying my luck to see if I can still get my order by pick it up in store. The communication with the store was so smooth. They kindly gave it to me. Very happy"
