Un concept de fusion asiatique-salvadorienne très réussi. Les épices & les techniques asiatiques se marient parfaitement avec les saveurs traditionnelles salvadoriennes. Une cuisine audacieuse & savoureuse.
Première fois dans ce tout nouveau bistro.
Nous avons passé une très belle soirée malgré qu'on arrivé sans réservation, on nous a accueilli très chaleureusement au comptoir, en tant que chef j'adore ça, & on a eu un très bon repas.
Malgré une carte assez restreinte, tout est bien maîtrisé & succulent.

Tout simplement délicieux, des accords de saveurs tout simplement brillant, moi qui pensait avoir goûté à tout! Un menu simple, clair, avec des choix intéressants pour tous. Cocktail délicieux, Explosion de saveurs, mes papilles en rêve encore! Petit, chaleureux, service impeccable, quel bonheur! Merci pour votre talent, nous y retournerons certainement! Oh que j'aimerais habiter tout près pour que ça devienne mon resto de quartier où je vais à chaque semaine, ça vaut le déplacement! Prix raisonnables en plus, tous les vins s'offre au verre, bref, juste du bonheur! Bravo à toute l'équipe
