Tartare de wapiti & verre de vin du Portugal. Tout était excellent. Service rapide & très courtois. Généreuse portion. Belle ambiance. Si je reviens dans la région, j'y retourne!

Ordered the Orange Roughy & Mortadella Panini at lunch time. The food was tasty however, an hour later the taste of fish lingers. For the price, would not have expected this. Perhaps I should have ordered something different. The panini was well thought out but overpriced for what it was. Staff were friendly.

Un gros travail à faire sur la cuisine. on a prix le carpaccio de boeuf, le tartare de wapiti, la salade césar, le plat de poisson & les pâtes coquille tomate aux 5 fromages. Tout manquait de goût & aucune salière/poivrière sur les tables. Le carpaccio était le meilleur des plats. Le mélange de fromages utilisés dans les coquilles était mauvais. Texture pâteuse avec des coquilles secs dans une sauce tomatée. L'endroit est beau, mais être assis devant une porte avec fenêtre qui donne une vue sur la boutique de plongé attenante est ordinaire. Un rideau aurait aidé à rendre cet élément moins distrayant. Très cher pour l'offre. Si la cuisine ne change pas drastiquement, ce bitro ne fera pas long feu.

Décevant pour les 6 personnes à table. Certains cocktails délicieux mais la sangria n'a rien d'une sangria avec beaucoup trop d'ajout de jus d'orange. Pour les plats, c'est correct mais sans plus (pain à burger dur, poisson servi à peine tiède, sable dans les asperges, manque de saveur pour le cuban, une salade de pommes de terre immonde pour accompagner les burgers). Le tout dans une ambiance très bruyante & avec une facture qui ne correspond pas du tout à la qualité attendue. Alors que nous avons indiqué à la serveuse ces points à améliorer, le patron présent lors du service n'a pas jugé courtois de venir nous voir. Dommage ! Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience !

Belle première expérience au restaurant Panache à Valleyfield! Le tartare de wapiti est tout simplement un incontournable : savoureux, bien assaisonné & préparé avec soin. Mention spéciale pour la générosité de la portion, qui dépasse largement les attentes. Le service était agréable & l'ambiance invitante. Une très belle découverte que nous avons déjà hâte de revisiter. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Excellent resto, ont étaient un groupe de 6 personnes & toutes étaient exceptionnelles! Benoit & sont équipe c'est occuper de nous de A à Z. Super expérience, nous seront de retour bientôt. Merci bistro panache
