Bistro Panache is a fantastic addition to Valleyfield & has quickly become one of my favourite places to visit. The location is absolutely beautiful. Whether you're sitting inside or enjoying the outdoor terrace, it's a great spot to relax & enjoy a meal.
The food was fresh, well presented, & full of flavour. Everything we ordered was excellent, from the appetizers to the sandwiches & drinks. You can really tell they put care into every dish.
One thing that really stood out was the service. Benoit, the owner, is incredibly welcoming & friendly. His years of experience in the restaurant industry really show, & he's created a place where guests feel right at home.
They also have a great space for birthdays, private gatherings, & special events, making it an excellent choice for celebrating with family & friends.
If you're visiting Valleyfield or you're a local looking for a new favourite restaurant, Bistro Panache is definitely worth checking out. Great food, excellent service, an amazing atmosphere, & a beautiful location. We'll definitely be back!
Superbe expérience au Bistro Panache vendredi dernier! Merci aux propriétaires & aux staff de la part de la table 99 😉. Nous avons été traité aux petits oignons avec notre beau Jasper. Fantastique ambience & nos plats étaient délicieux! Bonne été à toute l'équipe!
Benoît a été archi sympathique avec nous, vraiment un hôte qui prend soin de ses clients. La serveuse au bar est revenue nous saluer une fois qu'on avait eu notre table, ce qui nous a agréablement surpris. 😊 Notre serveuse a embarqué dans notre humour, elle a vraiment été un plus dans toute l'expérience. Côté bouffe, tartare de wapiti'sua coche' comme on dit. Par contre, le steak était moyen, trop de purée : pomme de terre, carottes, betteraves. Mais sommes toutes, c'était vraiment très agréable.
Excellent restaurant! Nous avons passé une superbe soirée au Bistro Panache. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné & très sympathique. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse & l'ambiance chaleureuse & agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation & j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner.

🥗 La salade César : Tout simplement un incontournable ! Fraîche, savoureuse & parfaitement dosée, elle commence le repas en beauté.
🥩 Le plat principal : Le steak était incroyablement tendre, juteux & savoureux. La cuisson était absolument parfaite, exactement comme demandée.
🍷 Le vin : Un immense coup de coeur pour leur sélection de vins d'importation privée. C'est le genre de détail qui fait toute la différence pour les amateurs de bonnes bouteilles.

Bref, une table hautement recommandée pour une excellente soirée.
Toute notre table a été décu de la qualité des assiettes. Les plats manquaient de goût, mon assiette était BEIGE. Grosse déception sur la qualité de la nourriture. Le service était correct sans plus & l'ambiance également. Les chaises tabourets à l'intérieur zéro confort. Je ne retounerais absolument pas.
