1ere fois il y a 1 an lors de l'ouverture j'avais pris un takeout déjeuner casserole qui était très très petit comme portion… grosse patate déjeuner qui goute EEE RIEN. Ils m'ont chargé 4$ en extra fromage que je n'avais pas demandé. Erreur de rodage ok….. 2e fois aujourd'hui on a décidé de leur donner une 2e chance … toujours autant décevant comme déjeuner… demandé oeuf brouillé, reçu oeuf tourné…. Mon chum a pris une poutine ce midi & il avait des patates à déjeuner au lieu des frites 🥲🥲🥲. Le goût était bon… un déjeuner bien classique pour moi.
A la fin lors du paiement, j'ai payer une facture qui n'était même pas la nôtre. La serveuse m'a fait payé une 2e fois…. Au moins elle était souriante & gentille.
En général très déçu. Nous ne pensons pas y retourner c'est dommage car à Waterloo y'a pas grand resto qui a de l'allure!!

Excellent service, courtois, bonne nourriture, pour tous les, goûts en menus bistro. Ambiance chaleureuse! Beau coin de rencontre après le travail entre amis ou avdc la jeune famille ou après une balade de vélo sur la piste Waterloo - Bromont

Nous étions sur la route & de passage à Waterloo. Arrêt imprévu, très bon service, bonne bouffe (burger Lewis & assiette de crevettes). C'était excellent!!

Un déjeuner pour l'Action de Grâce... superbe découverte, nouveau resto à Waterloo... surement pas la dernière visite... le nouveau standard de service 5 étoiles

We went for brunch Sunday, October 6th with a reservation made ahead of time. Small restó for the moment until they finish the new section. Beautifully decorated, our waitress Eden (this was her third day working) was professional & very charming. Everything was served quickly & the meals arrived hot! Not cold! Hot...& delicious. The serving side meets the price & all I can say is try this resto & help support our local restaurants here in Waterloo!
