The atmosphere is frequently described as cool, welcoming, and perfect for a memorable meal, bolstered by a staff that is often praised for being incredibly kind, attentive, and passionate about the dining experience. While individual preferences on portion sizes and specific menu items vary, the majority of visitors appreciate the creative menu, high-quality sauces, and the overall hospitable environment that makes this restaurant a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and soul-warming meal in a vibrant setting.
I visited this restaurant yesterday with a friend, & unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. While the staff was polite, the overall service lacked attention to detail. After our food was served, no one came back to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else.
The food itself was disappointing. The portion sizes were very small for the price, making it feel poor value for money. In addition, the second course was served before the appetizer plates had been cleared from the table, which made the dining experience feel rushed & unorganized.
Another thing that stood out was seeing staff members eating & drinking alcohol during their shift, which felt unprofessional. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement in both food quality & service standards.
They are extremely kind, & the food looks/smells amazing. God bless them! They welcomed us & let us use the restroom, unlike some nearby businesses that refused us access even though we were customers.
