Le doré de lac était d'excellente fraîcheur & sa cuisson parfaite. L'accompagnement purée de topinambours, câpres aurait été mieux sans ce vinaigre...
Les frites sont catastrophiques. Après avoir attendu 10 minutes sous le réchaud, elles sont arrivées de couleur marron presque noir & pas croustillantes.

Très belle soirée & nourriture excellente.
Une réservation à 20h est un peu trop tard pour le menu de groupe. Nous avons reçu notre plat principal à 22h ce qui était trop tard pour la plupart des gens du groupe.
Avoir eu la possibilité de réserver à 19h aurait amélioré notre expérience.
Nous avons aussi trouvé les portions du menu du temps des fêtes un peu trop grosses. On avait de la difficulté à finir nos assiettes.
Pour le reste tout était super.

Serveur très accueillant ! Entrée de pieuvre décilieuse. Plat de Ribs très moyen, trop de sauce, ribs par-dessus les frites qui étaient donc toutes molles...
