Restaurant BIS was a great experience for us. Everything was top notch! Delicious food, great service & a very cosy restaurant.
We would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had a really wonderful dinner there.

The food is excellent. Fresh & full of flavour. The service was prompt & the layout is pleasant. Sadly the head waiter felt it funny to be somewhat misogynistic. His views might have been ok for my grandfather in 1926 but are not amusing, indeed made for an uncomfortable experience in 2026

Marcelo is always so accomodating & warm. When your here you feel like family. The food is exceptional - we had the braised lamb shank with carobaonara on the side. dessert was profiteroles with a perfect coffee & to end the night a lovely Amaro. A perfect romantic evening - just amazing!

There are good restaurants & then there are great restaurants. BIS is a great restaurant! Service? 100%. Food & drink quality? 100%
Owners & staff treat you like their most important customer each & every time you visit. Today we were waiting for a taxi after another perfect dining experience at BIS. I have very bad knees & was in quite a bit of pain. Suddenly one of the staff brought a chair to the sidewalk for me to sit in! Their commitment to excellence doesn't stop after the bill is paid. We will always return to BIS!

One of the worse experience of my life. If I could have given this place 0 stars, I would.

Clearly racists towards us since we walked in. The manager was the rudest person I have ever talked to. Handed us the menus after we asked for them since we didnt get them 20 minutes in. A few people of in our group were a bit late & they didnt allow us to order in advanced. Afterwards the owner rudely emphasized'this isnt a sharing kind of restaurant' when we ordered several appetizers & mains to share, & only allowed 1 main course per person. The attitude towards us wasnt acceptable to paying customers. We could have made changes to our order to accommodate but his attitude towards us was unacceptable. They were clearly paying attention to larger group of'typical' looking customers.
We just walked out & went to sushi place next door.
Keeping in mind he was clearly annoyed from the start that we had to decrease our number because our friends unfortunately are physicians were still stuck at the hospital.
We could have ordered more food no problem but the attitude was truly appalling.
