Food was excellent & we loved the setting. I will say the food is typically Italian so it is on the heavy side. It is delicious nonetheless. The only minor complaint was the service was inconsistent because there was a mix up with another reservation for a large party. This created quite a bit of confusion early in the meal. This really is a small quibble as we were not in any rush & the waiters were extremely friendly.

This restaurant came highly rated but overall I was disappointed based on the price point.
Initially when we arrived there was no one to greet us. We eventually had a server come up looked at computer for our reservation & be fan to seat us. The seat was close to the doorway so I asked for another seating area & was met with disapproval. The service was rather slow & inattentive. we had to ask for water a few times throughout our meal. Good was very good & portion size excellent. Overall would rate this a 3 at best & will not come back.
Food was just OK , server was very rough around The edges & spoke very close to me with his hand around my face/food. Wasn't a comfortable experience. Basically this restaurant is lacking class.
Valentine's day supper. Excellent service; great food; fantastic ambience. We were made to feel like family. Chef Dino's preparation & presentation were amazing. Also received some recommendations from Aldo. Definitely 5 stars all the way around. I strongly suggest that every add BIS as a go to restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit.
