The restaurant is lovely, & the service was good. We enjoyed our meals (gnocchi & linguine) & we appreciated the bread & amuse-bouche (meatballs). One thing that detracted from our experience is that we ended up inadvertently buying very expensive bottled still water, when tap water is perfectly clean & tasty. We were not offered tap water & it was not evident that we would be charged $8/bottle for "aqua liscia." Given overall pricing of this restaurant, I would view it as a "rare treat" resto.
I am unsure why this restaurant isn't rated 5 stars, Everything was absolutely delicious. The server & host were a joy. Best cannoli Ive had! Next time we are in Montreal we will be sure to come back.
Belle expérience dans ce restaurant authentiquement italien. Service efficace & sympathique, grand choix de plats tant en entrées qu'en plats, belle présentation des assiettes, ingrédients frais & bien préparés, prix justes au regard de la qualité, belle carte de vins (assez chers cependant). La salle à l'arrière était très bruyante lors de notre venue, probablement à cause de la présence d'un grand groupe à la table à côté de la nôtre. Belle soirée malgré cela. Petite déception : les tips sont calculés sur l'addition taxes comprises ce à quoi nous ne sommes pas habitués (aux US c'est sur le montant hors taxes).
Excellent service. Les plus consciencieux que j'ai vu en matière d'allergies alimentaires (& de loin!). Le risotto était un peu fade mais sinon un très bon restaurant. Je retournerais sans hésiter.
Food & service was amazing. The atmosphere was lively & fun & we were taken care of very well. From the time that we arrived until we left, we were wined & dined!!! Highly recommend this place for a special occasion or a special night out. We were very casual but felt right at home!!!

We had a nice sidewalk table for two & thoroughly enjoyed the food & service. Serge was wonderful. He paid attention to all the little details & we felt very looked after. My wife had the gnocchi & raved about it while I savoured every bite of a duck dish with blueberry sauce served with pasta. It was a real treat to eat here & enjoy the wonderful Italian dishes.
