Fantastic dinner last night @ Bis. Super service & delicious food. My husband loves a good Vongola. He's had many over his lifetime & he said Bis was the best! Ditto for me. I had spaghetti bolognese. The best!! Thanks to the Bis team, we'll be back!!

Best shrimps rissotto,everything is fantastic & the owner is very nice with the customers.I will go back.
Genuinely incredible food. I got the lamb meat sauce pasta & it was very rich, super flavourful, really highlighted the lamb. My partner got the squid ink saffron pasta. Saffron can be a hard flavour to get right but it was PERFECT. Profiteroles were delicious, & so was the foie gras. Service was excellent. 10/10, hope to come the next time we're in Montréal.
Food was superb, service exemplary but the ambience was somewhat diminished due to tables being way too close together & the noise from customers in seats at nearby tables made the dining experience uncomfortable. I was actually touching seats with a lady at the next table so I ended up being closer to her than my own friends.

Wonderful food, carbonara & osso buco. The service was attentive & friendly . I really appreciated that they offered half orders of pasta which was perfect for me.

Service & food was subpar. I hate to leave less than a stellar review but a woman close to us sent an hour coughing after choking on perhaps pepper. Instead of her going outside we listened to this for far too long. Other diners were annoyed too. When weasked to move we were allowed but the server made it clear it was a pain. Huh? Who wants to book a special evening & listen to someone choking close to vomiting nearby your table. It should’ve been offered for us to move before we asked. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t as good as what we were anticipating, but the atmosphere is lovely. Perhaps it was just a bad night.
We were visiting from Florida & a friend recommended Bis restaurant for authentic Italian experience. We really enjoyed, food was great & great ambiance. We will do it again!
