Me & my girlfriends had the absolute best time! Charlotte was our waitress & she was incredible, so sweet, attentive, & genuinely made the whole experience feel special & heartwarming 💛 I definitely recommend making a reservation, & if you can, ask for Charlotte you won't regret it!
This place is amazing! Awesome twist on cocktails, beer was good. Wings were absolutely incredible! 1lb of wings for 18$, & let me tell you, they are big , plump & juicy 😋
Honestly, I expect to go back, the staff was fantastic & the atmosphere was great! We were 20 ppl & one was a 3yr old who was dancing about & it was great.
I have only one negative. We were seated by the tv which took the entire wall & it was very blinded & would strobe light in our faces which was literally 3 feet away ftom our tables.

Me & the Girlfriend were looking for a new spot to eat at. She seen tons of TikTok videos showing off Birdhouse. So we hit it up Birdhouse in the west island. & it didn't disappoint. The food was amazing. & the staff & the manager are extremely nice. They make you feel at home. I can't say enough about Birdhouse. I will definitely be going back. If you've never been you need to try it out.

But, the reason I'm writing this review is to give a huge shoutout to miss Charlotte for her amazing service. Very sweet & kind lady.
Short story to tell I love birdhouse DDO & the reason every-times I go the manager( tall blond gentleman ) over there giving his soul to make it a pleasant place to be , running all over smiling & serving , food is the best atmosphere great & the place is spick & span & I give the credit to the beautiful team that lead by a great manager highly recommended .

Food was great, big portions with variety but not a overwhelming menu, wings were delicious. Bu the star of our evening was our waitress, I don't recall her name but she was fabulous - attentive, quick, very pleasant & knowledgeable. The atmosphere was a little loud for my liking (hard to speak to people who are not right next to you) but would definitely go back.

This was my third visit at birdhouse & it has never disappointed me! Our waitress Catherine was the best, super attentive, friendly & overall amazing service! She really made us feel special on our date night by going above & beyond. We got the hot sticks as our entree not as spicy as we thought it would be but didn't change how delicious it was. We shared some wings & the animal burger with a really generous portion of fries & wow! You can tell the food is fresh & made in house:) The manager Ryan stopped by our table to check on us & you can tell he's very professional & cares a lot about the company. Overall a great place to grab a bite/drink in the west! They have screens all over but don't make you feel like you're at a sports bar the ambiance is wonderful:) The staff make you feel extremely welcomed thanks again to Catherine & charlotte for making our night with their charisma & smiles!! Can't wait for my next visit!!! (Unfortunately we couldn't resist the delicious smell of our food so here's how much we enjoyed our meal in pictures)
So far everything that I have eaten there has really been something! From the large sized, tasty seasoned chicken wings, to the savoury chicken or fish tacos, to the delicious cheeseburger… oh & I can't forget the regular & bone marrow fries, this place just doesn't disappoint! A great place to hang out with friends & share a laugh or two, over great food & drinks!
I appreciated the phone call to confirm my reservations & any food allergies to mention as well as if it was a special occasion. It's extremely bright with the oversized tv screen but the left side corner back section was great. Wings are large buffalo style, with a batter coating. 4 star food because it is more like bar food than 5 star cuisine. Service is great & friendly. First time there, will go back. Enjoy!
