"Updated: (response to the owner at the end) Kind of confused by all the 5 star reviews. I had the boneless wings, I found the chicken hard, flavorless (like boiled chicken) and rubbery. The batter didn't have a nice flavor either, just of old oil and it felt like the dough wasn't fresh.. crispy is normal but this was hard, almost chewy - not..."
