I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Billy K's restaurant, & it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, helpful, & welcoming, making me feel right at home. Even the chefs took the time to greet us, which was a nice personal touch. Despite it being a busy day, the service was prompt, & the food was prepared quickly. I was impressed by the efficiency of the kitchen staff. Not only was the service fast, but the taste of the food was also amazing. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lively & vibrant, adding to the positive experience. The enthusiasm of the staff & the warm atmosphere made me feel like a valued customer. It was evident that the team at Billy K's was dedicated to providing a memorable experience. Based on my first visit, I can confidently say that I will be returning to Billy K's in the future. The combination of friendly & attentive staff, fast service, & delicious food makes it a place worth revisiting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Billy K's to friends & family who are seeking a fast food experience with a personal touch.
La poutine est bof acause du fromage javais quelques morceaux frais & d'autres plus vieux sa fondait comme du cheddar en brique pas de "squick" sur 90% des morceaux... Je vais devoir réessayer avec un Burger ce qui semble plus être leurs force & réévaluer l'endroit pour l'instant 2 étoiles pour le manque de fraîcheur du fromage.
Perfect spot if you're looking for quick & tasty food. I tried their burgers, & they were delicious-juicy & well-prepared. The fries were crispy, & the service was fast & efficient.
Laval restaurant is the first Billy K's that I have eaten at. Since then I have gone to the one in Cornwall I found the food not as good as the one in Laval. The same goes for the one in Vaudrueil & Montreal North, nothing beats the taste of the one in Laval. As far as I am concerned the one in Laval is the best Billy K's, the staff is great especially the manager (forgot to ask for her name older lady she is fantastic. This from the guy from Ontario👍🏻👍🏻
Great place for a quick burger fix, love their no frill smash burger, fries are fresh & crunchy, would be great to have more choices but this is more of a fast food joint with great quality. Slightly pricier than a&w.
