I waited 20 minutes for food that never came. When I asked at the register, I was told it had already been given out, like it was somehow my fault. I gave my order number, & instead of help, I got pushback, he insisted he'd called'13' three times & made me feel like I was the one at fault.
It turned out my order had been handed to another customer standing right next to me. His number was 15, mine was 13. I heard the employee call'15' clearly, just once, while I was standing there next to him. I told him that wasn't right, he'd lied about what happened & put the blame on me instead of just owning the mistake.
What really got to me is that nobody was going to fix it on their own. If the other customer hadn't noticed & said something, I would've walked away with nothing after paying, & it would've been left as my problem. There was no apology & no real acknowledgment of what happened.
Overall a disappointing experience, poor communication & customer service.

En général c'était très bon. Hamburger wow! Sous-marin boff manquait un peu de viandes a mon goût. La poutine manque de fromage & de sauce. Sommes toute je recommande!!

First time & the food was great. The guys at the front were super nice & helpful & the Burger was awesome. It was huge & sauced up & I couldn't eat all of it... so would order less next visit lol.
