I always crossed by this place & never tried it but this time we decided to give it a try.
Let me tell you that we absolutely do not regret it & I'm actually pissed that we didn't try it way earlier LOL
The atmosphere is really cool, love the wall art. Love that they have a self serve to place your order. The drinks are less then a 1$. The service was friendly & very fast.
The burgers we had were amazing!! The burger patties are delicious , tasty & soft. The portions for the onion rings & fries 10/10 wow!! You definitely get your money's worth. Let's not forget that they also serve a variety of other foods other than burgers & fries.
Honestly I rate this a 10/10. This would be my go too, if I'm craving a good burger. They even have bowls, which that will be my next try out!

Honestly it's a really clean restaurant, friendly staff & that amazing blonde lady they are all very respectful. Quick service The food is amazing 💯 10/10

I been eating here for years & sometimes crave their burger specifically. Really tasty & used to be cheap. I'm disappointed that their Billy Burger burgers went from $8.50 to $10.95 though. A steep jump of 29%

Ordered the Bello Burger for the protein.
OMG so tasty & delicious
I was actually sad when I was done eating & there was non left to eat
First timer, I highly recommend
Will order again & it's better than Uniburger which I loved!
We have gone to the Laval restaurant today. It's beside the toys R Us near the Carrefour Mall.
EXCELLENT Bello triple cheeseburger.
Tried their poutine & simple fries: sad to report that they're bellow average. Would only order the Bello triple cheeseburger.
Their menu is huge & diversified.
Now for the premises.
The young cashier is friendly & organized. Cooks are also very nice.
Cons: too f….g cold in there. Mostly windows, almost no heat, gotta eat with your coat on. Side door opens a lot with deliveries & patrons plus the main door.
Not enough tables at lunch time
Would not eat there again on the winter
But I sure will uber these tasty cheeseburgers

Went there yesterday at 21h00. Had 2 very good burger for takeout. People working there was very nice too. I recommend this place for burgers.

I went for lunch & I will definitely be going back. Hotdogs were amazing & the poutine was the best I had in a while. Owner was very nice & welcoming. Thanks again for the hotdog

Tall guy in the kitchen was nice enough to want to take my order while the shmuck with the beanie wanted to turn me around because they were busy.

Probably the best smash burger I've had & it didn't break the bank! Fresh off the grill almost burned the roof of my mouth. I had the 3 pattie burger not sure of the name but it was well worth the cost & they serve beer as well! Definitely will visit again...maybe try a different locstion.

I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Billy K's restaurant, & it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, helpful, & welcoming, making me feel right at home. Even the chefs took the time to greet us, which was a nice personal touch. Despite it being a busy day, the service was prompt, & the food was prepared quickly. I was impressed by the efficiency of the kitchen staff. Not only was the service fast, but the taste of the food was also amazing. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lively & vibrant, adding to the positive experience. The enthusiasm of the staff & the warm atmosphere made me feel like a valued customer. It was evident that the team at Billy K's was dedicated to providing a memorable experience. Based on my first visit, I can confidently say that I will be returning to Billy K's in the future. The combination of friendly & attentive staff, fast service, & delicious food makes it a place worth revisiting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Billy K's to friends & family who are seeking a fast food experience with a personal touch.

La poutine est bof acause du fromage javais quelques morceaux frais & d'autres plus vieux sa fondait comme du cheddar en brique pas de "squick" sur 90% des morceaux... Je vais devoir réessayer avec un Burger ce qui semble plus être leurs force & réévaluer l'endroit pour l'instant 2 étoiles pour le manque de fraîcheur du fromage.
