Billard des Pros is described as a warm, welcoming spot for a night out with friends, family, or a couple, with a relaxed vibe, good lighting, and plenty of billiard tables in solid condition. The staff are friendly and professional, the pricing for playing is affordable, and the atmosphere is lively with plenty of tables so most groups can play without long waits. On the downside the music can be very loud, conversations can be hard, and weekends can be crowded with a waiting list for tables. Beverage service can be slow when the place is packed. Entertainment options include arcade machines and screens that show more than just hockey, and a DJ has appeared in some updates while the popcorn machine disappeared. New franchise updates bring a fast food style menu. The restrooms are exceptionally clean. Overall, it remains a popular, sociable place to spend an evening of pool with a good vibe.
Très bon endroit pour aller entre amis ou avec la famille ou en couple, une belle ambiance la musique est vraiment bonne. Les gens sont acueillantes & ne manquez pas les ailes de poulets.
Great place to play pool only 9 bucks a person jn the morning & afternoon, we had a great time. However surprised we got not service for beverages. The place was packed, but that shouldn't be a reason for no service.
One of the worse places I've been. Terrible service. Waitress was charging me for alcohol drinks (which I asked it for) but putting no alcohol & when I said she did it wrong, she said she would prepare another one, she didn't & when I complained again she made me pay for the shot. It happened twice & I gave up on drinking anything from there. Food was also terrible, wings burned, nachos with a weird cheese & burned as well. Just not worth it.
Changement de garde mais pour l'instant c'est toujours l'endroit parfait pour le billard à Laval. Nouveautés depuis la franchise serait choix de nourriture style fast fois. Machine à popcorn disparu mais apparition d'un dj 👍. Aussi, les écrans proposent plus que juste le hockey 👌.
Bel endroit, plusieurs tables de billard, bel éclairage, plusieurs machines de jeux & le personnel est très professionnel, bel éclairage & ambiance, à refaire.... ;-)
Cet endroit est extrêmement chaleureux & accueillant. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les prix pour jouer sont abordables, ce qui est un grand avantage. Il y a de nombreuses tables disponibles, ce qui permet à tout le monde de jouer sans attendre. C'est un endroit idéal pour passer une soirée entre amis ou simplement en tête-à-tête. Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour une soirée agréable & détendue.
