via LibroOnion fleuri cru . Il n'y avais plus de champignon panée nos steak étais trop cuit & le mien carbonisé quand j'ai demander médium bien mais le filet mignon fondais dans la bouche & la salade au bleu étais délicieuse

via LibroThe Biftheque has always been a favorite for my family. The price point is the best in the steakhouse category. We had 3 generations of family celebrating 2 birthdays. Our server was great & entertained our grand daughter. It was good to be back! Would love the mint jelly brought back for the lamb!!!

I can only presume that Le Bifteque is suffering from a serious manpower shortage, & that this is surely the cause of the lacklustre service we received during our dinner there on Saturday March 26th. The food was good, of that there is no question, but the service was deplorable. Our waiter was friendly & we think he tried h9s best under the circumstances, but several small things contributed to our dissatisfaction;
1) The waiter accidentally spilled the last few drops on my drink on the table, & while this is an accident, he promised to return to clean it immediately, but the puddle was still on our table at the end of the meal.
2) We were charged 2 items we'd cancelled from our menu, but they appeared on the bill. Had we not noticed the we would have been overcharged by $30
3) In spite of ordering wine (it's how you make money) we did not receive our glasses unitl the meal was nearly over. We had literally a bite or two left by the time we finally got our waiter's attention & were served the wine we'd ordered over 30 minutes earlier. VERY disappointing.
4) A glass of iced tea was ordered & had ot be requested twice more before being served.
So you can see that our first return to restaurants, & our first return to Le Bifteque, a family favourite, was less than good. Again, the food was excellent, but the lack of manpower made service lamentable & we were very disappointed. We want to emphasize it was likely not the waiter's fault, he was polite & very friendly, but the shortage of other serving staff meant he was overworked & not able to serve his tables properly.
I hope this review helps you improve your service & avoid other such incidents.
via LibroJe m'y rendais souvent avant d'avoir des enfants, je n'y était pas retournée depuis plus de 25 ans & le goût (de tout) était exactement pareil. Quelle bonne bouffe, nous avons fait. Le service & la qualité était au rendez-vous. Cela vaut vraiment le prix, somme toute raisonnable pour la qualité des produits. Merci mille fois.
