Quel bonheur de découvrir ce petit bijou dans notre quartier! Dès notre première visite, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Bento Hachi. Les sushis sont savoureux & d'une fraîcheur irréprochable & chaque plat est préparé avec un soin qui se goûte. (Ils proposent aussi des options vietnamiennes de style « cuisine de rue » comme les banh mi & les vermicelles, que nous n'avons pas encore eu l'occasion de goûter.)

Mais ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment unique, c'est l'accueil de Philippe & Lisa. Leur gentillesse, leur passion & leur désir sincère de partager le bonheur à travers leur cuisine se ressentent dès qu'on franchit la porte. On a l'impression d'être reçus par des amis.

Depuis notre première bouchée, ma famille & moi sommes devenus des clients réguliers. C'est le genre de commerce local qu'on souhaite voir prospérer pendant de nombreuses années. Si vous hésitez encore, n'hésitez plus : vous comprendrez pourquoi tant de gens leur attribuent cinq étoiles. Longue vie à cette belle entreprise! 🍣🍱🍲

Really cool concept. A young couple combining fresh sushi with Vietnamese classics under one roof. The nigiri was clean & fresh, & it's the only spot I know of where you can get quality sushi & Vietnamese vermicelle bowls side by side. Great for groups with different cravings, will be back!

The owners are incredibly kind, the sushi is top tier & all made with fresh ingredients, & the fried banana is delicious! I will gladly come here again, it was a wonderful experience!

Très bons sushis, surtout avec les sauces maison, mais c'est l'excellent service rapide, attentionné & amical qui rend l'expérience remarquable. Une petite place agréable qui vaut amplement le détour.
