Imaginez rêver d'un hot chicken.. la sauce, le blanc de poulet tendre & les petits pois vert qui sont l'essentiel du hot chicken, n'était pas dans la livraison.
J'ai appeler pour aviser, on nous promet une autre livraison de'petits pois' qui sont arrivés après 20 mn. J'ai mangé froid, un repas incomplet. Apres un appel au restaurant, on me dit qu'ils ne vont pas me créditer vu que le livreur est revenu avec les petits pois... C'est un luxe aujourd'hui de se payer un souper. Ça, c'est se moquer du monde.

À chaque fois que je demande & que je PAYE des extra on me les donne jamais j'arrive chez nous j'ai jamais de que j'ai demander commander au st Hubert eu vont vous mettre les extra pour le qu'elle vous avez PAYER

Si je pouvais donner un gros zéro je le ferais … commande livraison d'un club sandwich sans tomates parceque je suis allergique aux tomates on le spécifie devenez quoi ont reçois un club avec tomates , on appel & écris à Benny & on nous dit qu'on aura un crédit de 18.75$ & que la note & au dossier pour une prochaine commande .. devinez quoi on décide de placer une autre commande & lorsque on rappele ils disent qu'il n'y a aucune note & aucun crédit ….. on demande de parler au gérant mais il est absent , manque de professionnalisme , il si j'aurais eu une réaction allergiques ça leurs aurait coûter plus cher qu'un crédit de 18.75$ l'incompétence me tue … très pathétique

Je voulais profiter de votre promo poutine gratuite. Mais on ma obliger d'utiliser votre application pour profite de la promo. J'ai jamais trouver comment. Alors je me suis décourrager & revenu au plan initial.

J'ai commandé (livraison) vers 21h10 alors que la succursale ferme à 22h. J'ai reçu une confirmation de commande par courriel & ça disait que ça allait être livré avant 21h40. À 21h45 toujours rien. J'ai tenté de téléphoner plusieurs fois avant la fermeture, & on m'a raccroché la ligne au nez. J'ai donc jamais reçu ma commande.
