Beaucoup moins de frites qu'avant. De plus, il arrive régulièrement que nous avons des erreurs dans notre commande. Lorsque l'on appelle pour le mentionner, ils trouvent toujours un arrangement & nous applique un credit pour une prochaine commande, mais ca reste frustrant. (Oublie de mettre version poutine, 6 ailes dans un repas 8 ailes...)
Les repas sont quand même bons malgré tout.

Commander en ligne à 10:41 livraison entre 11:45 - 12:15. Reçu à 12:30 & tout était froid. Commander un club version poutine mais pas de bol pour faire la poutine donc manger tout séparément.

Toujours été satisfait du service dans le passé. Malheureusement il y a beaucoup d'erreurs dans les commandes dernièrement. Aujourd'hui j'ai commandé une poutine au poulet pour emporter. J'ai reçu une poutine avec un pain mais sans sauce. Malheureusement je n'avais plus de temps pour retourner chercher la sauce. On nous a accordé des crédits dans le passé pour une prochaine commande mais à quoi bon les crédits si les erreurs persistent?

Je fait préparer une poutine au service au vollant en spécifiant que je nécessite 2 fourchette rendu a ma destination. Pas de fourchette dans la boîte. Je rappelle & dis que je nest pas ce que jai demander & que je ne peu pas manger. On me dis on s'excuse on ne peu rien faire .
Ils ont quand même fait un compromis & mon permis d'avoir un crédit magasin ce qui fait que je n'est pas perdu cette argent là merci au gestionnaire .

2 grosses poutines au poulet. Le restant du poulet je devais dire! Il y avait un os, des morceaux rôtis provenant des ailes secs, une pièce de cartilage & deux petites vertèbres encore soudées. Après s'être plaints & en insistant, il y a eu dédommagement. C'est d'ailleurs le seul point positif.
