Bonjour Benny,

J'ai commandé chez vous à st-eustache & je suis très déçu de la préparation & surtout de la grosseur des filets de poulet. J'ai acheté 5 repas 3 filets & on aurait dit des croquettes & non des filets tellement ils étaient petit + très peu de frites & ce pour les 5 boîtes, avez vous changé le format ou vous riez des consommateurs ? Ce n'est vraiment pas comme votre photo publicitaire & comme mes commandes passées dans les mois précédents, c'est un peu plate de ce faire avoir. De plus sur 5 boîtes ils y avait des erreurs dans 3 pour les sauces. 3 boîtes avec une seule sauce froide au lieu de deux & un changement de salade pour sauce chaude pas fait. Très décevants. Commandé le 15 septembre. J'ai laisser une note par courriel chez Benny mais pas vraiment de retour concluant, sa leur passe surement 10 pied par dessus la tête & le client est au bas de leur préoccupation. Faite des changements si vous voulez garder vos clients régulier !!!.

On s'étouffera pas avec le peu de frites qu'ils on mis dans la boîte en plus de gars de la cuisine qui a garocher les deux boîtes dans les bras de son collègue à l'avant pour qu'il me les remettes ,malheureusement je n'ai pas conserver ma facture
