Le service est extrêmement long. Plus de 1 heure pour recevoir une simple poutine au poulet (par livraison). La dernière fois, j'avais passé une commande internet & ils ne l'ont jamais reçu donc ca prit 1h30 avant de la recevoir...c'est la dernière fois que je commande à cet endroit.

Beaucoup moins de frites qu'avant. De plus, il arrive régulièrement que nous avons des erreurs dans notre commande. Lorsque l'on appelle pour le mentionner, ils trouvent toujours un arrangement & nous applique un credit pour une prochaine commande, mais ca reste frustrant. (Oublie de mettre version poutine, 6 ailes dans un repas 8 ailes...)
Les repas sont quand même bons malgré tout.

Commander en ligne à 10:41 livraison entre 11:45 - 12:15. Reçu à 12:30 & tout était froid. Commander un club version poutine mais pas de bol pour faire la poutine donc manger tout séparément.

Je suis passer au service au volant, au paiement David me tend la machine Interac.Je sélectionne pas de pourboire & son humeur a changer! Comme pour la voiture précédente il ne prend pas la peine de me demander si je désirait des ustensiles.🥲 triste réalité!

Très déçue. Ma salade asiatique avait un goût de nourriture avariée (légumes ou viande). Lorsque je l'ai signalé, on m'a répondu que c'était la vinaigrette, alors que le goût était clairement anormal. Je suis repartie sans terminer mon repas & avec la faim. Service décevant. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Attention les livreurs qui utilisent les applications Uber & doordash le restaurant peut signaler ton compte quand vous annulez la commande pour cause d'attente excessive.
De plus il n'est pas juste il ne traite pas les commandes par ordre, il priorise les livreurs de son restaurant

Le livreur a été incapable de monter la livraison au 3ème étage (avec ascenceur).
J'ai commandé des ailes de poulet qui étaient mal cuites & que j'ai du terminer au micro-onde. Plus jamais.
