I'm very disappointed in the service I received today when I went in for a simple wrap. I understand one of the cashiers wasn't training, but nobody even acknowledged my presence. The restaurant was completely empty other than myself. I had to flag down the cashier to ask to be served after waiting about 10 to 15 minutes. The young woman in training went to the back to get someone to bring my order through. Is this because I speak English is that why you were so rude & dismissive? & then to expect a tip after providing some of the worst service I've ever received at a restaurant

Pire expérience de Service à la clientèle à Mercier. Un Tiktok annonce un duo à 20$, j'y vais & on refuse de me le faire car je n'ai pas de coupon. Aucune mention de ce qui précède dans le Tiktok. On appelle à Châteauguay & on ns le fait. Aujourd'hui on me rappelle pr me dire que ça prenait réellement un coupon. On voyait très bien que déjà la part de l'employée qui ns avait servi avec un ton condescendant était prise versus de tenter de donner raison au client qui avait été mal servi. Ailleurs, on se serait excusé & mentionné au client qu'on était désolé de ne pouvoir le faire, surtout qu'à Châteauguay le duo a été fait au prix de 20$ comme indiqué ds le.Tiktok.

& de plus, quand tu visionnes le Tik Tok a la fin tu as l'option commander... & ne parle pas du coupon! Fausse publicité & attrape lorsque tu te présente en succursale comme mentionné & tu demandes leur spécial, il te le refuse

Terrific surprise. Needed to feed my food-hole on the way to Ontario & OMG, I couldn't have got a better or healthier meal along the way. The amount of chicken is amazing in their meals. Service with a smile & fast! I would add photo but I ate the meal too quickly
