J'ai commandé en ligne pour 17h, mais finalement à 16h30 je pouvais passer. En téléphonant, la caissière m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de problème pour que je passe plus tôt. Merci pour le service. Aucune attente & ma commande était prête lorsque je suis arrivé!

Moi & mes enfant nous somme aller manger en salle a manger de mercier le 29 decembre 2025 nous etion 10 personne & la caissiere a 20h30 tres mauvaise attitude enver les client elle voulais nous faire sortir du restaurant avec mes enfant & ma femme & ca ferme a 21h00 jai impression que nous etions pas a bonne endroit pour manger de toute facon le mal es deja fais nous allons manger ayeur la prochaine fois il von mieu nous acceuilir ..!

J'ai récemment subi une chirurgie de la hanche &, pour notre première sortie en famille depuis l'intervention, nous avons choisi le Benny & Co de Mercier, situé près de notre domicile.
Je tiens d'abord à souligner que le personnel était impeccable, accueillant & très souriant. Cependant, malgré la rampe d'accès & les stationnements pour personnes à mobilité réduite, mon expérience a été difficile.
En effet, il n'y avait aucun bouton pour actionner une porte automatique, ce qui a rendu mes déplacements compliqués, surtout en hiver alors que je me déplace plus lentement. De plus, il manquait du sel devant la porte extérieure. Avec la neige & la température qui recommence à baisser, je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité en entrant ni en sortant du restaurant.
J'apprécierais que ces points soient pris en considération afin d'améliorer l'accessibilité pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Merci.

It's a great place, the kids like it .
I think the staff needs to pay attention to the customers.
I asked for another beer & they replied not friendly'pas de remplissage' for the beer.
I didn't ask for free
I m not a beggar or a thief.
I don't know if in French i would say: Est ce que je peux avoir une autre biere? means I want for free.
I m an aged person & freelance journalist.
But first I m a customer spending my money in exchange for quality in accordingly.
