I love Benny, i really do! Always fresh & service is great, but these past few times, the size of the plates have gotten smaller, with barely any fries. Dissapointing

J'ai commandé des soupes au poulet car je commence un grand rhume. Maxime, le gérant m'a répondu le téléphone avec tellement d'amabilité & énergie qu'on dirait que c'était contagieux. Excellente service au téléphone & la soupe est chaude & bonne, justement comme je voulais! Merci!

Je viens de découvrir BENNY&Co, & c'est devenu mon endroit préféré pour le poulet rôti ! La qualité de la viande est exceptionnelle, juteuse & parfaitement assaisonnée. Chaque bouchée est un vrai régal, avec cette peau dorée & croustillante qui fait toute la différence. Les portions sont généreuses, on en a vraiment pour son argent. L'ambiance du restaurant est conviviale, idéale pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis. Repas tres bon & a prix tres raisonnable mais le service WOW jamais ete aussi bien servit de ma vie! On est le 31 aout a 19h & des personnes tres chaleureuses etait de service a soir! Les toilettes tres propres & en plus pas de petite craque dans les contours de porte tres agreable! Seul bémol serait la musique un peu trop forte a mon gout a moi! Je vais assurément revenir!

Pleasantly surprised. Walked in thinking it was a fast food restaurant but I would say it's a nice hybrid between fast food & a sit down restaurant. Staff provided great service & genuinely cared about our meal & experience. Bilingual. Very clean, clean bathrooms. Would come again.

J'ai été déçu des hamburgers aux poulet, c'est un filer mais qui fait le 3/4 du pain.. & pour le Club Buger, juste un petit bacon & en plus sur le top du pain, rien dans le burger qui est supposé être comme un club sandwich

Update: ordered at the drive through, everything was great except for the coleslaw. By the time we got home, the coleslaw was as hot as the fries. We had to discard both of them. Suggestion: the coleslaw should be put in a separate bag away from the hot meal in the box. Plus I would like to follow-up on my previous post: When the person at the drive through presented me with the Interac machine, the tip option was still there. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm trying to understand why you are asking for a tip at the drive through. I know that the customer is not required to leave a tip but you do understand you put him in an awkward position. Shame on you! as if we are not paying enough taxes as is.
