Review Summary

Benelux Brasserie Artisanale is widely recognized as a premier destination for high quality, locally brewed craft beer in a relaxed and rustic setting. Visitors frequently praise the diverse selection of brews, with specific highlights like the Echinopsis IPA and the Grande Armada Réserve standing out as favorites. While the atmosphere is generally described as cozy, warm, and ideal for unwinding, opinions on the food offerings are mixed, ranging from enthusiastic appreciation for the pretzels and mustard to preferences for more substantial menu options. Service quality is often highlighted as attentive and welcoming, although experiences can vary based on individual staff interactions and busy periods. Overall, it remains a popular late night spot and a reliable choice for those seeking a vibrant, social environment to enjoy a drink in Montreal.

A fantastic local.
Go here & drink awesome fresh beers .. the light lager is way better than Montreal water.
Try the Montreal smoked meat..& chips & olives.

We went for few beers, the barley wine, the twopenny ale(Pennywise) & the sour raspberry ale aged in Pinot noir barrel were delicious!

I visited specifically to try their Our Bruin, a specifiv style of a Belgian sour beer in the style of a Rodenbach or Liefmans Golden band. Very drinkable but it lacks a bit of the depth of the Belgium originals. A good thirst quenched but less of a sophisticated sip.

Can't say much about the food since I didn't eat. The outdoor terrace was nice however we ended up moving indoors since it started to rain. The staff quickly adjusted so we could all come inside. Drinks are reasonably priced like most other bars.
