Fast-food des fast-food ! Décor des années 70. Go... le plus de clients possible! Qualité médiocre pour une 3 ème fois. Oublie dans ma commande un article. Fil d'attente interminable. Difficile de revendiquer une erreur. Plus jamais pour moi.
While the food is good, it's not the best poutine you'll ever have. The prices are outrageous for the size of it. Like seriously? More or less than 10$ for a tiny poutine? Get a grip fr. When I first moved here I was intrigued with this place, but after having gone a couple of times, I gotta say, for the price of it, it isn't worth it. Better to go to la belle province for a much bigger poutine for half the price. I love homemade fries but they aren't the only ones who do it. It's good for when you visit this town for the first time, but I wouldn't go every week or even year because of the prices.

Les années 50 en 2026. Pas par sont decor'style les années50', pas par des choses artificiel mes bien par une cantine autentique, une cuisine honnête. La meilleur poutine que j'ai jamais manger, Chez Ben ont ce bourre vraiment la bédaine dans un rare restaurant survivant depuis les années 50. Bravo!!!
Suis arrêter dimanche matin pour voir si c'était comme mes souvenirs.
Déçu, très ordinaire, extra fromage supposément, cher, service bof, ça valait pas le détour.

My boyfriend saw an ad for this place on TV last week, so we decided to make a road trip out of it from Montréal. The negative reviews made me skeptical of even going or that I'd like it, but fortunately everything was a great experience.
Huge lineups inside & outside, including at the drive-thru, but that's a testament of how popular this place is! Had to wait in line about half an hour, but our food was really good (poutine, hotdogs & onion rings). Tables were constantly wiped, lots of natural light, clean bathrooms, & nice variety of people of all ages. Will go again this summer on our way to Bromont to try other things on their menu...we were very satisfied 👌
