Our waiter was very attentive & kind. He ensured we had everything we needed & that we were enjoying our food. An overall very pleasant dining experience!
Je suis allé à deux reprises déjeuné au Ben & Florentine. Le service des assiettes étaient rapide. Il y a une grande variétés d'assiettes. L'ambiance est agréable avec une belle luminosité. Ce n'est pas trop bruyant. Les assiettes sont à des prix raisonnable & moins cher qu'à d'autres endroits(autour de 18$ par personne). Je recommande! Le pain doré avec pommes caramélisés est excellent.

C'était un peu long pour la facture & avoir un refill de café, mais sinon la nourriture était correcte ! Pas mon endroit préféré, mais pas mon moins pref non plus !
Bon au goût j'ai pris la casserole saucisse italienne & sauce hollandaise sirasha (photo 3) & j'ai demandé un extra fromage car il n'y en a pas dans la casserole normalement.Seulement j'ai trouvé à peine 3 morceaux de fromage en grains dans tout l'assiette. Après avoir mentionné à la serveuse le petit problème elle n'a pas chargé le fromage sur la facture donc très bon service avec leurs clients, bravo pour cela.

Du attendre 15 min pour être assis car manque de staff...l'hotesse dit les serveurs sont surchargé. Le restaurant est rempli a 25%....dommage qu'il manque de staff. Attendu 40 min pour un bol de fruits avec roties...inacceptable!. Derniere fois pour moi. Mercredi matin a 10 am....
La nourriture est passable pour le prix indiqué .. j'ai déjà mangé mieux pour des plats similaires. L'attente pour la réception de la facture était pas mal long.
