Ma récente escapade culinaire au Ben & Florentine de Valleyfield s'est révélée être une expérience gustative des plus satisfaisantes, baignée dans une atmosphère chaleureuse & accueillante. J'ai opté pour la Poutine Ben & Florentine, un choix qui s'est avéré être un véritable délice pour les papilles. Les patates parfaitement cuites, associées aux trois viandes exquises - jambon, bacon & saucisses - ont créé un mélange de saveurs harmonieux & réconfortant. Cependant, du côté du service, quelques imperfections sont à noter. Il manquait un menu à notre arrivée, & notre serveuse a omis de nous apportez le pain promis. De plus, les demandes spécifiques semblaient entraîner des délais supplémentaires, bien que notre serveuse ait fait preuve de gentillesse & de professionnalisme malgré son apparente surcharge de travail. Heureusement, le café savoureux & l'ambiance agréable ont contribué à rehausser l'expérience, créant ainsi un équilibre entre les petits désagréments du service & le charme convivial du lieu.

Well it was a Saturday it took 30 minutes to get our plates. Well my husbands eggs Benedict hand been sitting awhile because the sauce had time to dry on top. My way a combo they did put the eggs on the plate the crepe with bananas 7 pieces of banana & it was hard dried out. They brought me another plate & told it was a young kid cook he was learning not at my expense. The plates should be plated like your images . Not impressed at all. I guess it's best to come on a week day when it's not busy to get a better quality of food. At the prices we pay.
Le.service est long même très long! Ont a attendu 30 minutes avant d'avoir une place il passais les gens qui arrivais après nous & ont avait donner notre nom. Maintenent sa fait 30 minutes que nous sommes assie & toujours pas de café toujours personne qui est venu nous voir ! Fini pour nous .
Bon déjeuner, tout dépend du choix de l'assiette. Certaine sont très bien & d'autres un peu moins. Pas trop bruyant si je compare avec d'autres resto à déjeune
Un peu desevent comme restaurant de brunch. Les toasts aux avocats n'étaient pas très garnis, les oeufs pochés étaient cuits durs & froids, & le choix du fromage n'était pas écouté... Service slow & qualité moyenne
