I was there this morning & I'm absolutely blown away by the horrible service & food. first off; I had to wait to get to a table when there was no one, I'm talking 1 or two tables max. The service was very slow & my mom had to go up to our waiter & ask for our drinks after having waited 15 minutes (not for anything extreme mind you, I had a hot chocolate & she had a coffee). I ordered an eggs benedict with avocado & the avocado was absolutely disgusting & borderline rotten. I had to take off all of the avocado to even eat the thing. I'm ashamed that this restaurant is situated on the same island I live on & I'm surprised you're not shut down by the sheer lack of hygiene here. I would usually call this a problem of short staff but there were so many people laughing with the chefs in the back. Disgusting behaviour.

We called to reserve a window side seat this morning. The restaurant was very busy with a lot of people, but the food was served quickly. The waiter's service was very good & kept refilling a cup of coffee on time ! Recommend

Food was great but we got uncomfortable breathing & smell by burning something like a kind of bread. So much person & delayed coffee,requirements...Such things are somewhat regrettable. But their foods were so good & fresh.

My friend ordered a coffee & after putting the little milk cup in his coffee, chunks appeared in the coffee. Thankfully we got new milk cups but workers should check their milk & creme cups on a daily base to make sure we don't put expired milk in our coffee.

Worst service I've ever seen. The waitress is a poker face & not even looking at us while we talk to her. Very slow service although the place is half empty. No refill of coffee unless you ask. Food & coffee are average. Not recommend.

I enjoyed my breakfast, delicious french toast with caramelized apple & fruits made my day. Thank you! However, the service was not that great, something was always missing & the refill for coffee or water wasn't offered at all. We had to remind them for missing parts of our plates. The store is not also accessible for stroller or wheelchair which makes hard to go there. The tables & the banquettes are very close to each other which makes it difficult to get in & out. There's no bathroom in the restaurant. However, it's located in a nice area which is worth it for tourists who are visiting Montreal to go & visit Nuns' Island.
