Mauvais endroit, les serveuses sont saturées de travail, nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour qu'ils nous apportent notre commande, nous avons demandé plusieurs fois à la serveuse de nous apportez notre café & elle n'a pas pris la peine d'écouter, elle m'a juste dit que je suis occupée, mon mari s'est levé pour commander plus de café & la serveuse s'est énervée & lui a demandé de s'asseoir à nouveau, nous avons pris la décision de nous retirer.

Service vraiment décevant ce matin pour le déjeuner.

Malheureusement, notre expérience avec la serveuse Véronique a été loin d'être à la hauteur. Manque d'attention, service lent & attitude peu professionnelle… ça enlève le goût de revenir.

C'est dommage, parce que le déjeuner en soi était correct, mais le service fait toute la différence - & aujourd'hui, ça n'y était pas du tout.

J'espère sincèrement que la situation sera prise au sérieux & corrigée.

Chez Ben & Florentine, c'est toujours ma destination du matin. Les plats sont délicieux, le service est rapide & l'ambiance est chaleureuse. Un endroit parfait pour bien commencer la journée!

Great food! They had menus in English which made ordering easier. It was very busy for a weekday morning, which was surprising. But there was no wait & the service was quick. Would definitely go back!
