This is a well known Montreal restaurant, & we were lucky that the crowd was not too large. Our order of blintzes & the special arrived quickly, & was delicious. Unfortunately, a power failure occurred during our meal, but it did not last long. Our server was attentive & pleasant & the ambiance was one of high energy. La qualité des produits est bonne mais les prix sont clairement excessifs. La serveuse s'est quand même permis de réclamer les 2 dollars de pourboire qui manquaient pour atteindre les 15% de pourboire. Very good classic Montreal dinette, used to be a cheap place to eat but not so much these days. But still great food. For the prices though they could accommodate substations IMO, but expect to be served only what's on the menus exactly. It will be good no no special requests.View more

Went with a group of friends. Our server Maite was very good - she was very accommodating & went out of her way for us. However, I was shocked when my bill came & I was charged $4 for a side of pickle (little round slices), & $4 for 2 slices of tomato. $8 for these sides is outrageous!
