I really wanted to like this place because the restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. The decor feels like one of those trendy luxury restaurants you'd find in a beach destination somewhere tropical -- super aesthetic & very Instagram-worthy. Also, our waiter was genuinely friendly, energetic, & welcoming throughout the night.
Unfortunately, that's kind of where the positives end.
We waited a very long time for our food (at least 30 minutes, if not more) & some of our orders got mixed up along the way. The bigger issue though was the food itself. The beef tartare tasted noticeably unfresh, to the point where the sourness was hard to ignore. The other dishes, like the hamachi crudo & cauliflower, were also pretty underwhelming & lacked flavor.
What really rubbed me the wrong way was being told by the waiter that we needed to order more items to reach the restaurant's $50/person minimum. I have absolutely no issue with fixed menus, minimum spends, or table d'hôte concepts when they're clearly stated upfront. But here, it wasn't mentioned on the menu at all ; apparently it was buried somewhere in the reservation info. Being directly asked to buy more food just to hit a hidden minimum honestly felt tacky & pretentious.
Add in the $30 valet service, the slow service, & mediocre food, & the whole experience felt massively overpriced for what it was. I've eaten at other restaurants around the world, some Michelin-starred, that cost less & delivered infinitely better quality & service.
Beautiful space, lovely waiter, but overall this place feels more focused on appearances than actually offering a dining experience worth the price.
Absolutely incredible experience at Bazart Resto! The food was beyond amazing. every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, & cooked to perfection. What truly made the night unforgettable was the outstanding service from Dimitri & Sequoia. They were attentive, welcoming, professional, & made us feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Their energy & hospitality elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend Bazart Resto if you're looking for phenomenal food & top-tier service. Can't wait to come back!
Everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious & the service was amazing. Nicolas was very kind, professional, & attentive. My friends an I had a great experience & I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience at Bazart. Great atmosphere, excellent service, & everything was done with attention to detail. The staff was professional, welcoming, & made the whole experience easy & enjoyable. Dimitry was amazing - super helpful, knowledgeable, & went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Celine, our waitress, was amazing as well - friendly, attentive, & made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about quality & customer satisfaction. Highly recommend - definitely deserves 5 stars!
Cet endroit est magique! Ça vaut la peine d'y aller pour le décor & l'ambiance... & en plus la nourriture est délicieuse! Nous étions 14 & avions le menu dégustation & tout la monde a adoré! Le patron, Bato, est vraiment gentil & à l'écoute des client. Quelle belle soirée!

C'est un restaurant au superbe décor. Malheureusement, le service laisse à désirer, surtout du côté des boissons : j'ai attendu environ 30 minutes pour recevoir mon premier verre, alors que le restaurant était presque vide. J'ai même envisagé d'aller directement au bar, mais étant avec un groupe, je suis restée polie.
Nous avions un menu de groupe à 75 $ par personne. Nous avons commencé avec trois mini-bouchées, dont deux à base d'houmous. C'était correct, sans plus. Ensuite, un fromage crémeux avec pain naan, salade & houmous pimenté : un plat agréable, mais rien d'exceptionnel.
Le plat principal comprenait du poulet & du saumon avec des pommes de terre grelots & des brocolis. Le poulet était froid, les brocolis légèrement brûlés tout en étant insuffisamment cuits, & le saumon était correct, mais sans se démarquer par sa qualité. Les pommes de terre manquaient d'assaisonnement.
En dessert, nous avons eu de la crème glacée avec caramel & une coupe de mousseux : encore une fois, bien, mais sans plus.
L'ambiance manque de dynamisme. Un DJ ou même des performances (danseuses, acrobates, etc.) auraient pu enrichir l'expérience & mieux justifier le prix.
Au final, nous avons payé 350 $ pour deux personnes. À ce tarif, on s'attend à une expérience marquante. Malheureusement, c'était trop cher pour ce que c'est.
Une expérience vraiment parfaite du début à la fin ! Le service était impeccable, le personnel attentionné & très professionnel. Les plats étaient délicieux, bien présentés & pleins de saveurs. L'ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse & agréable, on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Je recommande à 100 % & j'y retournerai sans hésiter ! ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?'
