So damn slow. At least be honest on the delivery platform. I ordered because I was told it would be arrived around 30mins. You guys accept the order & keep extending the preparing time.. 3 assigned drivers couldn't wait this long & cancelled the delivery. LOL
Rachna & Payal were great at serving tonight. The food is always delish!! We came from Toronto & on our first day we came to bawarchi as it is always so good!

Food was to spicy not fit for the taste buds for everybody. Incomplete delivery, because restaurant was near to the end of the day closing so in hurry missed the half food items, we slept hungry for the night as all other Indian restaurants were closed & no Indian veg options were available by the end of the day. Paid for the full food amount but only got half of the order . It was the worst food experience
We placed an order & noticed that a few items were missing. We tried calling the restaurant several times & eventually got through. After explaining the situation, we were informed that the team would check & call us back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not receive a callback.
Since we couldn't reach them again by phone, we decided to visit the restaurant in person to resolve the issue. While the discussion took some time, Nitika, one of the restaurant staff members, was polite & spoke to us very well, which we appreciated. Eventually, the team provided an additional item as compensation.
The food itself tasted good, & overall the quality was satisfying. With some improvement in customer handling & communication, the overall experience could be even better.
