Excellent service from our waitress on Saturday night seated bar side; the new york steak was excellent & tender

J'ADORE Baton Rouge, mais mon repas n'était pas assez cuit, je l'ai retourné mais revenue à peine recuit. J'ai été déçu de ma dernière visite!

Food is ok. Watered down drinks. I suggest ordering win & seeing it being opened & poured in front of you.

Ca fesait longtemps qu on y avait pas été car on avait été décu & encore une fois... Cote-levé décevante, Désert sec. & la meme serveuse désagréable que la dernière fois. Au moin les banquettes sont confortable.

Have eaten at many BR's & this was by far, the best one Ive ever been to - we had the chicken & rib combo as well as a full rack of ribs & the food was fresh, hot & service was excellent. From the very start we ran into a manager that seated us & then out waitress was equally attentive & they entire staff showed that they cared for their customers so a really big well done to this location - we've decided when we want good ribs & chicken that this will be the only location we will visit as we were so satisfied with the service & food - well done to you folks over at BR Vaudreuil & thank you for a lovely dining experience.

Good food but beware of the bill at the end. Once we gave our menu the waitress continuously suggested things without giving us pricing. Some we took, some we didnt. Felt pushy very pushy towards the end, we even said no desserts & she stood there like we would change our minds lol, moment of awkwardness.
Either its for tips or mandated by the owners. Whatever the case, 15 $ for mushroom & onions is not warranted .
I filled a survey I received by phone, gave my opinion which was followed a text message by manager or boss named Billy, who offered to contact him in order to rectify the situation, only to be ghosted by the restaurant. Whoever answered said he would get back to me, never did over 2 weeks now.
In retrospect, really unprofessional to show a willingness to help then not follow through. He must be the guy training his waiters to gouge the customers.

Nice place with choice of bar side dining or dining room. We ate bar side, wait staff was friendly & helpful. Meal was hot & good.

We have been here 3 times in the last month & twice my wife & I ordered the summer mixed griledl meat tower for two. We find it to be a fantastic deal at 99$ & you get so much variety in this tower & it is enough for two people to share. I however recommend ordering this when the restaurant is not busy because twice we had it when the dining room was not busy & everything was perfectly cooked. One time we ordered it on a weekend when it was busy & the shrimps were overcooked & the bavette was a little burned. During another time we came in for a late Friday lunch we had a pasta dish & the chicken tenders salad. They were not good & the chicken tenders were too hard to bite into. Service is however always good at this restaurant.

Baton has become a staple for dining out with the family, for anniversaries, & for graduations.
Feedback from both of my kids: Please bring back the Mac & Cheese, they miss it, & it was a pleaser for picky eaters/autistics.

Nourriture & service aux tables excellent sinon j aurais mis 2 étoiles, a peine entré a l intérieur & sans dire bonjour deux jeunes filles nous disent haut & fort'vous avez 2 heures pour manger votre table est réservé dans 2 heures par d autres clients' très ordinaire comme accueil,restaurant très très bruyant & le personnel courrait & semblait extrêmement stressé, ce n est pas l endroit pour un repas calme & paisible on ira ailleurs a l avenir.
