"The lobby was extremely crowded and distance protocols were not well managed. The hostess was rude despite the fact that we had reservations we were advised to wait by the side until a table became available and she couldn't even give us a time of readiness. It defeats the point of a reservation if we're made to wait without at least a guideline...."
